Use this page as the operational hub. The sandbox dashboard at qa.dashboard.mupag.com.br/app should be the first stop when you need to confirm entities, payloads and event timelines.

Support

Before escalating an issue, gather:

  • environment (sandbox or production)
  • request_id
  • charge_id, checkout_session_id or subscription_id
  • UTC timestamp of the incident
  • minimized payload context, without unnecessary PII

Feedback

The portal feedback buttons point to this section and do not collect PII. Record only:

  • the page URL
  • whether the blocker was content, example or contract related
  • the next step that stayed blocked

Do not include secrets, customer data, card numbers, CVV or full identity documents.
