Support
Before escalating an issue, gather:
- environment (
sandboxorproduction) request_idcharge_id,checkout_session_idorsubscription_id- UTC timestamp of the incident
- minimized payload context, without unnecessary PII
Feedback
The portal feedback buttons point to this section and do not collect PII. Record only:
- the page URL
- whether the blocker was content, example or contract related
- the next step that stayed blocked
